Audit

Audit of financial statements in accordance with International Auditing Standards (IAS) and US GAAS in order to issue an opinion whether the financial statements fairly present the financial position and the results of the company in accordance with IFRS or other accounting framework.  As part of our audit service, we will issue a management letter with our recommendations to improve the entity’s internal control processes.

We perform specific audit procedures on accounts and transactions which results are presented in a report including our findings from the application of the procedures we are engaged to perform according to International Auditing Standards (IAS).

Review of financial statements in accordance with International Auditing Standards (IAS) by mean of which we carry out audit procedures to enable us to issue a conclusion whether we have identified significant errors in the preparation of the financial statements.

We perform Due diligences in the context of transactions of acquisitions, procedures on the compliance with Anti-fraud and Terrorism Financing processes, among others, for which we issue assurance reports required to be issued by independent auditors,.
