Rosarella Bendezú
- Peruvian Public Accountant graduated from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
- Diplomat in IFRS from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Glasgow, UK.
- Diplomat in IFRS from renowned Universidad del Pacífico.
- Over 13 years of experience in auditing and providing advisory services to companies of industries such as oil and gas, mining, industrial, retail, services, among others.
- Rosarella was engaged as audit manager of financial audits, operational audits, due diligences, financial consulting, translation and conversion of local financial statements to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and consolidation of financial statements.
- Rosarella worked for PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) for 9 years retiring as audit manager.
- Part-time lecturer at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
Luis W. Montero
- Certified Peruvian Public Accountant, graduated from Universidad de Lima.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), from New Mexico – USA.
- Diplomat in IFRS from Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Glasgow, UK.
- MBA studies at University of Québec – Canada.
- Master degree in Corporate Finance in the Universidad del Pacífico.
- Former PricewaterhouseCoopers partner in charge of the Global Accounting Consuling Services (GACS) division.
- Partner in charge of the PwC Technical Committee (from 1999 until retirement in 2005).
- More than 35 years of experience in audit of financial statements and consulting advisory services to companies of diverse industries such as, inter alia, mining, oil and gas, real state, manufacturing, retail, telecommunication.
- Consultant of the Audit Committee of Editora El Comercio.
- Former advisor of the Public Comptroller’s Office.
- Former member of the Permanent Commission and the Commission of International Financial Accounting Standards of the Lima Institute of Accountants (Colegio de Contadores Públicos de Lima – CCPL).
- Former member and member of the Technical Committee of the Peruvian Institute of Independent Auditors (IPAI).
- Part-time lecturer of pre-grade and diplomat programs on International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and on the preparation of financial statements at Universidad de Lima, Universidad del Pacífico, CENTRUM, ESAN and Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
Cynthia Quispitúpac
- Peruvian Public Accountant graduated from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
- Master in Business Administration from the School of Business of the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
- Diplomat in IFRS from Universidad del Pacífico.
- Over 14 years of experience in audit and providing advisory services to companies in, inter alia, the manufacturing, retail and services industries.
- Cynthia participated in financial audits, operational audits, due diligences, financial consulting, translation and conversion of local financial statements to IFRS and consolidation of financial statements.
- Cynthia worked for PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) for 10 years retiring as audit manager.
- Part-time lecturer at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas.
